1. One needs to have a contract 2. When employer abrogates the contract he needs to inform his employee a month beforehand and to pay compensation in amount of a monthly salary 3. Normal working time a week must be not more than 40 hours; it can be less if it is appointed by the contract 4. An employee gets not less than one hour a break daily; this time is not counted as working time 5. Holidays appointed by the government consider to be days off 6. Employer can move a day off to the end of the week or to another day for efficient use of the holidays 7. Employees working on the contract, get paid holidays once a year; holiday money is paid no later than three days from the date when the holidays start 8. Holidays must be not less than 18 calendar days 9. An employee can have his holidays at once or partly; in any case he needs to come to an agreement with the employer 10. It is prohibited not to give holidays for more than two years 11. On agreement of employer and employee, an employee can get holidays without payment 12. Women get paid holidays when they are pregnant for 70 calendar days before giving birth to a child and 56 calendar days after giving birth to a child (in some cases it can be 70 as well) 13. When adopting a new born baby an employee gets paid holidays for 56 calendar days to look after the baby 14. When adopting a baby or giving birth to a child, an employee can get unpaid holidays until the baby is 1.5 years old; the employee can come back to his/her work on previous position when the child is 1.5 years old 15. An employee who got higher qualification and the employer paid for it needs to work for the employer until the money spent for his education wont be worked out; the time of working out is usually set by the employer and employee 16. Paid sick list (if employee gets sick, he goes to the hospital, brings a certificate that he was sick, he receives the payment for the days he was sick) It is also written in the Law that the employer pays 7% daily if the salary was late. It is a fine that employer has to pay.
