1. PCR Blood Diagnostic Lab. AIDS is increasing with over 5000 cases reported last year in Kazakhstan. Those with AIDS are often denied access to medical care due to the health risk and due to funding constraints. We need a PCR Blood Diagnostic Laboratory to be used for screening patients in order to reduce the transmission of AIDS and to treat those who do have AIDS. The cost of the PCR lab is $33,000 USD. Funding and personnel to operate the lab is available if the initial investment in equipment is made.
