I am more than upset with the way in which the administration - hell, here I can just come out and say his name - the way in which $spyed has been acting towards $jark and towards the community. I have seen enough to convince me that our CEO is lying to us, and thus I cannot trust him. Until the conflict within deviantART is resolved, I will leave my deviations in storage as a form of protest (after all, I've effectively been boycotting Prints for years ;P). During this time, I want to keep writing, critiquing and being critiqued. Thus, this site will host my writing until such time as I feel comfortable on dA once again. Should that time never come, rest assured that not only will this site remain active, but I will be more and more active on Contemplicity. I will not return to dA as an active, non-political citizen until I see that the administration of the site is in good hands. I will remain on the site as a force for change. Also, if it turns out that this has been a horrible mistake and I can never show my face on deviantART again, look for me here and at Plicity. The stories are to be grouped into previously posted work, new work (a small catergory, and one that has no entires yet), and work in-progress. I hope that you will only look into this third category if you intend to give me feedback and help me to improve the pieces. That's the whole point, after all. If you're wondering how to comment on a piece, consider these three questions. First, what was the piece about? Second, were there any parts that stood out as conveying this skillfully or poorly, and why did they succeed or fail? Third, what specific parts did you like, and why? I would love to hear answers to all of these. |
