LATEST HAPPENINGS AS OF: FEBRUARY 23, 2007: 1. I have been able to contact all of our authorized retailers and have established March 17, 2007 as our official release date. 2. I have added 3 new shades of brown to my color selection, (they can be seen on the "Color Chart" page). 3. I have re-vamped the entire product line- many of my original offerings will be modified or discontined. If you purchased any of the modified/discontinued items- fear not, you will receive exactly what you ordered. However, here is the new product line: concentrates will be available in 1/2 ounce glass dropper bottles only; Redi 2 Uze (tm) inks will remain the same- in the 2 ounce wide mouth glass jars and the Complete Kit has been replaced with the Mixing Kit- comprised of two syringes and two 2-ounce glass mixing/storage jars- no ink. LATEST HAPPENINGS AS OF: JANUARY 3, 2007: 1. I have completely revamped the formula so all of my inks are now Ethylene Glycol FREE! Naturally, I won't say what I replaced it with; however, it is a safe alternative that yields the same, excellent freeze resistant and dye dispersing qualities of EG. 2. At long last, I have discovered a nice looking brown dye that can tolerate my unique manufacturing process without "breaking down" or separating ! So, now Colfer's Imperial Inks ™ will proudly make a yet to be named BROWN INK AVAILABLE! 3. We are still operating on-time using the revised timetable and should be able to start shipping orders 2 to 3 weeks into January 2007. (If there is any change in ETA - none is foreseen - it would be posted here). 4. Greg Clark, author and creator of the famous Ink Sampler books has tested my inks for water resistance and I have posted the results on this site under the "Color Chart, etc." page. 5. In 2-3 months time, I will be building a brand new website with product pictures, improved graphics, simplified ordering procedures, background color, etc. When it is completed, I will make an announcement at FPN and also include a link on this page. (Please don't let that prevent you from ordering my inks in the meantime. - wink). 6. I will be missing from the FPN for a while- it is taking all of my time to launch this new business plus maintain my professional writing career, (which pays the bills).
