Weight Watchers Ham and Cheese Calzone

1 can refrigerated pizza crust dough
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
4 tsp Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper
6 oz lean deli-sliced honey ham -- diced
4 oz low-fat Swiss cheese
1 spray cooking spray -- or enough to coat calzones

1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray.

2. Divide dough into two equal portions. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into two 10-inch circles. Transfer circles to prepared baking sheet. Set aside.

3. Whisk together sour cream, mustard, oregano and black pepper. Spread mixture all over both circles, to within 1 inch of edges. Top one half of each circle with half each of ham and cheese. Lift untopped side of dough and fold over filling so it meets other side, forming a half moon. Pinch edges together to seal. Coat surface of calzones with cooking spray.

4. Bake until puffed up and golden brown, about 25 to 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Slice each calzone into thirds. Yields 1/3 calzone per serving.

Mini Cookbook Reviews

Barefoot Contessa Family Style by Ina Garten

This is a beautiful, non-intimidating cookbook by the wonderfully refreshing Ina Garten. If you have ever seen her on the Food Network, you will see that she has a zest for life and brings that to her food preparation with a pure and simple elegance. This book is full of glorious color pictures and fun anecdotes from Ina. Recipes span the realms of comfort food - from Mashed Yellow Turnips with Crispy Shallots to Buffalo Chicken Wings to Homeade Marshmallows. She sprinkles that with elegant selections such as Smoked Salmon Frittata, Endive, Stilton and Walnuts and Espresso Ice Cream. She keeps each recipe easy and stress free - because it is clear that being with her family and friends is tops!! But, we are so grateful that she takes time to share her knowledge and flair for food!! Thanks Barefoot Contessa!!
