Busy Moms, Dads, Professionals, Couples...Everyone - get our help putting home-cooked meals on your family table for ten nights for only about $6 a serving!! We are offering Culinary Comforts Supper Clubs in your home with friends, offering supper club meals for pickup or delivery!

At our regular and private Culinary Comforts Supper Clubs, you and your new friends and neighbors travel through stations assembling all the ingredients you need to home cook 5 entrees of 4 servings each. But, don't worry, we do all the hard stuff - the shopping, chopping and prepping. You just have fun with friends and, smile, because that age-old question of "what's for dinner?" is answered for a whole week!!

We know you love to cook delicious, healthy meals for your family. But, who has the time to shop, chop and prepare those meals -- much less come up with new and different recipe ideas?

We also know you love spending quality time with your old friends and meeting new ones -- evenings full of good conversation, laughs and maybe even a glass or two of wine!!

Culinary Comforts by Christina has found a way for you to accomplish both of these well-deserved feats all in one night. It's called Culinary Comforts Supper Club.

Where else could you possibly assemble 5 different, delicious and creative meals for your family at about $6 a serving and, at the same time, have fun with friends? At a Culinary Comforts Supper Club.

Heres how it works. 10 or so friends, new and old, gather at your home or a location you choose, grab an apron and travel through 5 stations assembling the ingredients for different meals of four servings each. All you need to bring is yourself and a laundry basket or cooler to carry your meals home!!

During the night, catch up with friends and neighbors, share recipe ideas and community news -- even bring a bottle of wine!! It is sure to be a fun night for all!

After the supper club comes to a close, you will take home your labeled meals, cooking instructions and lots of fond memories! Once home, store you meals in the fridge or freezer. For five nights, you will be able to cook and serve to your family fresh, healthy and delicious meals. Meals that you know were prepared with care because it was done by you (with a little help from your chef!) Just add a side dish and salad or veggie and dinner is done!!

You'll have ten wonderful meals to serve your family, new ideas for your own kitchen creations and best news of all, we'll be having the Culinary Comforts Supper Club about once every month, so you can have us back again and again, and invite new friends!

Supper Club Tables

Here is the menu we had for the September 20th Supper Club - YUM!

~*+ Parmesan Chicken - skinless, trimmed chicken breasts that you sprinkle with Italian seasonings and parmesan cheese and bake up juicy in your oven! Serve with veggie or top a salad - great low carb choice!

~Pork Chops, Sauerkraut and Apples for your Crockpot - Lean pork chops, sauerkraut and apples come together with apple juice to cook all day in your crockpot for an autumn delight!

~*Italian Burgers - Lean ground beef is spiced with italian seasonings and tucked inside of your burger are slices of fresh mozzarella and basil to cook up to an delicious and different cheesy burger. Cook on grill or on top of stove or oven. Serve on a bun or not!

~*+ Chicken with Lemon and Artichokes - skinless, boneless trimmed chicken breasts are marinated with lemon slices, artichoke hearts and thyme. Roast up in your oven for incredible yet simple tastes and aromas!

~Sundried Tomato Pesto Pork Tenderloin - Trimmed Pork tenderloin is marinated in sundried tomato, pesto and parmesan cheese - roast in oven!

~*+ Asian Sesame Salmon - Salmon filets will be bagged and you will add sesame marinade and ginger. A favorite with my personal chef clients!

~* Creamy Lemon Parmesan Tilapia - Tilapia filets will be topped with lowfat sour cream, lemon and parmesan. May also make it cheesier with cheddar cheese on top! Bakes up creamy - Bakes up in 10 minutes and is a favorite for those who don't even like fish!!

~ Crockpot Chili - All the ingredients will be provided for you to put together a yummy chili - then cook it all day in your crockpot - great for game days - or as the weather gets cooler!!

~*+ Nut crusted Tilapia - Fresh bread crumbs and crushed nuts top fresh tilapia filets. Bakes up in about 15 minutes for a crunchy and healthy delight!

~+ Greek Pasta - Farfalle tossed with olive oil, lemon and seasonings topped with your choice of artichoke hearts, olives, feta cheese, sundried tomatoes and roasted red peppers.

If for some reason there is an item that you can't or choose not to eat on the menu - you can double up on another menu item. Just choose 10 items - doubling up or even tripling up ones you really like! Just let us know when you register!! Also, if you are splitting your supper club with a friend - each of you will just choose your five favorite dishes - again, doubling up if you like!

Be sure to register for the September 20th supper club by September 15th. Also payment must be received and any substitution or special requests must be in to us by the 15th. (Please note that all payments and any menu substitution requests will need to be in to us at least 72 hours in advance of our event! Thank you!)

Here's the menu we had for the August 16th Supper Club!

*~Pesto Chicken - skinless, boneless chicken breasts that you will spread with pesto and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Bakes up delicious!!

+~Ginger Pineapple Salmon: Mix together a glaze of pineapple preserves, ginger, garlic, Dijon, lime and a little soy sauce to top fresh salmon filets.

*~Pulled Pork for the Crockpot: Boneless Country Ribs that cook in a Carolina barbecue sauce of apple cider vinegar, brown sugar and tomato juice. Cooks all day in your crockpot for a yummy dinner. Or make sandwiches or salads with your pulled pork!!

~Swiss Chicken: Trimmed, skinless, boneless chicken breasts are topped with Swiss cheese and then again with a sauce of wine and cream of chicken soup. All of that is then sprinkled with herbed breadcrumbs. An entertaining favorite from way back!! Bakes up tender and delicious!

*+~Creamy Lemon Parmesan Tilapia: Mild white tilapia filets are spread with a reduced-fat sour cream, lemon juice, parmesan mixture. Bakes up in 10 minutes and is a favorite for those who don't even like fish!!

*+~Salmon Provencal: Fresh Salmon filets are topped with black olives, tomatoes, garlic and wine. Bakes up in less than 15 minutes.

~Baked Ziti with Smoked Sausage: Ziti is tossed with ricotta cheese - you top the pasta with smoked sausage and marinara sauce and a sprinkling of parmesan.

~Picadillo - A Cuban recipe for delicious ground beef sauce with sauteed onions, peppers, wine-soaked raisins, tomato sauce, green olives and Cuban spices. Serve it over white rice - or make tacos or nachos - or top a salad!!

Here's the menu we had for the June 14th Supper Club - lots of stuff for the grill! Take a look!!

*~Pecan Crunch Salmon with Honey Mustard Glaze - you will brush salmon with a honey mustard glaze and top that with fresh whole wheat bread crumbs and pecan pieces!

*~Margarita Chicken for the Grill - skinless, bone-in chicken breasts are placed in a marinade of margarita mix, tequilla, coarse salt and lime wheels. Grill up fresh!! Only 7 WW Points per serving!

~Pasta Primavera - just in time for Summer! Pasta is tossed with olive oil, sundried tomatoes and topped with your favorite fresh Spring vegetables - including green beans, carrots, squash, red onion, and zucchini! Lowfat Vegetarian Delight!

*~Cranberry Orange Chicken with Honey Roasted Almonds: Boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts are marinated in orange juice with dried cranberries and a little cinnamon. Topped with Honey Roasted almond slivers and baked! Lowfat dish that is great with Wild Rice Blend! Only 7 WW Points per serving!!

*~Pot Roast for the Crockpot: A nice roast with a creamy wine gravy along with carrots and onions. Just pour into crockpot in the morning and dinner is ready - and delicious - when you get home! Scrumptious!!

*~Pesto Sundried Tomato Pork Tenderloin: Trimmed pork tenderloin marinated in a combination of pesto, parmesan and sundried tomatoes. Roast in oven or on grill! Only 7 WW Points per servng!!

*~Lemon Thyme Tilapia - a light and lovely version of Tilapia. Fresh thyme, lemon and olive oil top this light fish ready for baking, broiling or grilling. Only 4 WW Points per serving!!

~Meatballs with Marinara: Homeade meatballs that you bake up fresh in your oven and toss with fresh marinara sauce. Serve on top of spaghetti or in meatball subs. A comfort classic!!

*~Taste of France Salad: Meats, cheeses and olives are put together for topping your favorite greens. Then you will make your own lemon vinaigrette for topping!! Wonderful entree salad!!

*~Grilled Ginger Pork Tenderloin - pork tenderloin in a marinade (made by you!) of white wine, ginger, garlic, soy sauce and olive oil. Cook out fresh on your grill or roast in the oven! Only 6 WW Points per serving!!

Below is the menu that we had for the March 15th Supper Club!
*Asian Sesame Salmon - soy and teriyaki glaze with a touch of ginger and toasted sesame seeds!

Greek Pasta Toss - Farfalle tossed with olive oil, lemon and parsley topped with your choice of artichoke hearts, olives, feta cheese, chopped spinach, diced tomatoes and red peppers.

*Cuban Mojo Pork Chops - Pork loin chops placed in a marinade - made by you - of fresh lime and orange juice, cumin and garlic.

*Tilapia Pesada - mild white Tilapia topped with a mixture of fresh whole wheat bread crumbs, chopped parsley, lemon zest and garlic.

Salisbury Steaks with a wine sauce - top salisbury steaks freshly prepared by your chef with wine sauce, sauteed mushrooms and sauteed onions. Or mix and match for your families different tastes!

*Chicken Marizella - Trimmed chicken breasts topped with a chunky marinara sauce and then layered with slices of fresh mozzarella and basil.

Apricot Pork Tenderloin - Pork tenderloin marinated in apricot juice, teriyaki and apricot preserves.

Corned Beef and Cabbage for your Crockpot (for St. Patty's Day!!) You'll choose from a seletion of peppercorns, cloves, potatoes, carrots and onions to your add to your beef and then just pour the whole bag into your crockpot on the morning of March 17th and have dinner ready when you get home! We'll also have your cabbage cut and ready to add to the pot!!

*Thai Style Chicken Satay Skewers - chicken marinated in Thai style marinade including lime, soy sauce, brown sugar, Thai chili sauce. Homeade peanut sauce included for dipping.

Lentil Soup - a comforting and warming soup that's good for you too! Either Lentil, Ham and Potato or Lentil, Lowfat Italian Sausage, Tomato and Pasta or Vegetarian Lemon Lentil - you choose when you register and we'll serve the most voted!

Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation must be received by the Friday before the scheduled supper club for a full refund (all supper clubs are on Tuesdays). After that time has passed, no refund will be available, but the meals you chose may be transferred to a friend or relative - for the same registered date - or you may have someone pickup your meals or delivery may be arranged on the following day.
