Hours of Operation

Huckleberry Hollow operates between March and November, Monday through Friday. If your event requires a Saturday or Sunday, please inquire since some weekend dates may be available.

Group Size

Cooking Clinics are designed to accommodate 8-12 people per fire pit. There are a total of four fire pits for a maximum of 48 people. Picnics are an excellent choice for up to 100 people.

Attire

Dress appropriately for being outdoors with exposure to the elements based on the weather conditions. You may consider a rain poncho, insect repellent, and/or sunscreen.

Restrooms

A portable restroom is available for your convenience.

Transportation

If you want transportation, feel free to contact us to recommend a bus company to transport people to and from Huckleberry Hollow at your expense.

Inclement Weather

The Cooking Clinic is conducted outside seated around a campfire. In the event of light rain showers, canopies will be used to cover the fire pits. An alternate date will be necessary in the event of severe weather, and must be booked within 14 days of the original date.

Huckleberry Hollow has made every effort to ensure your safety while on the property; however, the owners will not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents sustained between the time you leave your point of origin, being on the property, or returning to your point of origin. For your convenience, a first aid kit is made available for minor mishaps.

Wireless service is very limited at Huckleberry Hollow. We can provide a cordless phone and/or dial-up access for a laptop to stay in touch with your customers.
