Palaeolithic #1

This design incorporates symbols often used in the Palaeolithic period ("cave art").

Considering that ART was one of the first differentiators of the early human race, it is fascinating to reflect upon the artist's intention in making these symbols. What did it represent to the artist, and whom was it intended for? Could there possibly be a hidden power over the human psyche embedded within these symbols, even today?
