My Commitment I am committed to give an accurate, thorough analysis along with a 15- 20 page useful and infomative report. I pay particular close attention to details of the structure, safety concerns, Grading and drainage, Exterior condition and waterproofing concerns. Reports always include the following areas but not limited to Site conditions, Exterior, Roofing, Plumbing, Electrical, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Interior, Garage, Kitchen, Bathrooms, and Grounds. Swimming Pools and Retaining walls are also inspected if applicable.
The report will also be color coded to easily spot functional, comment, and defective items along with photos of concerns, if applicable.
Any special needs or concerns will be addressed in a friendly and timely manner. This could include but not limited to having your report in a special form (cd rom, faxed copy on-site, next-day air, e-mailed report, etc.)
