AGENT ORANGE Announcements
Updated March 2000 I urge all veterans who served on the ground in Vietnam or were stationed at air bases that were involved with herbacides to contact their local VA facility and be tested for Agent Orange exposure. I received a call in the afternoon of March 11th from the Agent Orange doctor at the Lexington, Kentucky VA facility and was informed that tests indicated I have Type II Diabetes. Further appointments have been scheduled within the next few days to determine and initiate treatment programs. There is absolutely no history on either side of my family of anyone ever having diabetes.
