A dear friend and life long member of the club, Stan Toland, passed on July 12th at Hospice at the Chpalaincy. He was a person that many have come to know in just a short time, and a life long friend to others. He was a grandfather, a father, a coach, a teacher, and a mentor. But first and for most a loving husband. Stan Toland has been a member of the club since it first began back in the 80's. He has taught many of us and our children to respect, protect, and enjoy the sport of motorcycling. He himself loved the sport and enjoyed it every chance that he could. Riding with out him just wont be the same but while riding he will be remembered always. May God Bless and look after you Oldman; and while your there please be sure that Gary (Ziggy) Siegfried is behaving himself. Ride on Boys. His memorial was Thursday 7/16 at 3pm at the Hillcrest Memorial on 9353 W. Clearwater Av - Kennewick - reception followed - website - http://obit.hillcrestmemorialcenter.com/obitdisplay.html?id=688767 to sign guest book and to see the obituary. Memory of Kevin Parks One of the fastest riders around, Kevin Parks, has passed away on 10/31/09. The club heard of this news at the Hare Scrambles race on 11/8/09. Here is a website to learn more information about Kevin. http://www.kevinparksmemorial.com/Home.html In addition, the club was told that Webb Power Sports in Ellensburg will be auctioning off a KTM for the family. I did not see it when I checked their web page after the Hare Scrambles race, so keep checking. http://www.webbpowersports.com/ Oregon State OHV Laws Oregon State Laws have changed on all OHVs starting January 1, 2009 all youth under 16 must always be supervised by an adult over the age of 18 and have an operators permit.
