Payment.
*We accept payment in the form of Cashier's check, PayPal, and Credit cards through PayPal. Mail payments to the address below.
*Payment must include total cost of item, shipping & handling costs, and applicable taxes. Sorry, no COD, or personal checks.

Shipping.
*Shipping will take place within 24 hours after your payment clears with our bank.
*We will ship your item USPS priority mail.
*If the customer so prefers, he/she can request express delivery at the extra cost.
*We will send you an e-mail with shipping, and tracking information within 12 hours of shipping the item(s).
*We insure items priced at over USD $50.00, customer pays for the cost of insurance.

Exchanges/Returns.
*In order for us to process a complete refund the item must be in its original sealed packaging. The total cost will be refunded minus shipping & handling.
*If the item's seal is broken or altered, we will cancel the exchange process, and your request for refund void. If item meets criteria for refund or exchange it shall take place only if process within thirty (30) days after purchase. If exchange is requested the item will be replaced for an item of equal value and quality at our discretion. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AFTER THIRTY (30) DAYS, NO EXCEPTIONS. It is imperative you contact us as soon as possible if you have concerns with your purchase to determine date of purchase.
*Items that have been used, opened, or are missing their original packaging will void any rights for refunds or exchanges.
*A note explaining the reason for refund is needed along with the item.
