 The Seagrove Beach area is rapidly becoming a favorite spot for family vacationing. Each year more and more people are discovering that the natural beauty of this area, with its sugar white beaches, large sand dunes, and fresh water lakes cannot be found anywhere else in the country.
Cassine Garden is a small complex of townhouses, named after the small native "Cassine" tree. It is located on the north side of senic Rt. 30-A, two (2) miles east of the world renown village of "Seaside" and six (6) miles west of "Rosemary Beach" of HGTV fame. Both towns are wonderful tresures to visit and explore for their original and creative architectural designs.
Many great restaurants and several "low key" attractions abound on Rt. 30-A, including 15 miles of paved walking, jogging and biking paths.
Eden State Park and Grayton Beach State Recreation Area are just two (2) of many state parks in the area. Both of these parks are unique in character and beauty and are within five (5) miles of Cassine Garden.
As an added bonus, Silver Sands Outlet Mall is just 13 miles to the west. This is a wonderful spot to find true upscale quality merchandise at outlet prices, on that occasional rainy afternoon.
