Cassine Garden is a small compex of townhouses located on Rt. 30-A, just two (2) miles east of "Seaside" and six (6) miles west of Rosemary Beach. Cassine Garden has both public and private beach access, two (2) swimming pools, tennis courts, a lake stocked for fishing, and walking/fitness nature trails.
The lake, tennis courts and one (1) of the pools are all within 500 feet of your vacation home. Depending on the number and age of your family members, the beach is only about a 2-3 minute walk away.
Your vacation retreat is in a quiet location for total comfort and relaxation - it is a great place for your family vacation! It has 1200 square feet and is fully furnished. The kitchen, living/dining rooms, and 1/2 bath are on the first floor.
The master bedroom with queen size bed and private bath, along with another bedroom with two (2) twin size beds and a second bath are located on the second floor. There is a cozy balcony off the master bedroom and a small covered patio off the living room. Both are perfect places to unwind after a hard day at the beach, the golf course or whatever your activities might be.
To make your life just a bit easier, there is a microwave and ice maker in the kitchen, cable TV and VCR in the living area and a second TV in the master bedroom. If more sleeping accommodations are needed, the couch opens into a queen size bed, a fold away cot and a portable crib are available. A full size washer and dryer are also there for your use.
