Every house needs a few simple, straight forward rules and regulations in order to keep life organized - here's ours.

HOUSE RULES

* Check in 4:00 PM - Check out 10:00 AM

* No pets permitted - sorry, it's an association rule.

* Outdoor grilling must be done in grills at lake area,
not at home - another association rule.

* No smoking inside home.

* Maximum number of guests - 6.

* Remove all trash upon departure.

* Run dishwasher upon departure.

* Treat our home as you do your home.

* Have fun and enjoy your family!!

5/27-8/11-------$155. -$850. --$2635.

8/12-10/20------$100. -$600. --$1860.

11/1-12/31-------$90. --$450. ---$900.

Minimum reservation period of 3 nights. Periods of less than 3 nights accepted on a non reservation basis and subject to an additional $50.00 cleaning charge.

Reservations confirmed upon receipt of $150.00 deposit. Deposit converts to security deposit at check in. Security deposit returned within 10 days after departure provided unit and contents have no damage or loss.

Cancellation of confirmed reservations require 14 day notice for full refund.
