If it is fall, then it is time to reserve a spot on the
Duck Taxi. Departing from Mardon Resort at Pothole Reservoir, you have the option of booking a guided or unguided waterfowl hunt in the sand dunes of Potholes Reserovir. While mallards make up most of the bag, widgeon, gadwall, teal, and other species also show up on a regular basis, as do Canada geese.

If you book a guided hunt you will not only get into some good shooting, but also get to see some good dogs work, hear some great calling, and enjoy the taste of freshly cooked duck kabobs in the blind.

The Duck Taxi also spends time on land for guided field hunts. These hunts target Canada geese and lessers. Goose populations have been very healthy and limits should be the norm this season.

To book your duck or goose hunting trip with some great guides, give the folks at Mardon Resort a call and ask for a trip on THE DUCK TAXI!

Located on Potholes Reservoir in Central Washington State, Mardon Resort is a full service facility offering lodging, camping, a fishing dock, a restaurant, lounge, tackle shop, boat ramp, and fishing dock. Things to do include hunting, fishing, lodging, camping, boating, hiking, birding and more!
