Hollow Horn Ranch was established in 1998 after a life long dream of ours had been fulfilled - we had our very own piece of Texas. Needing to get something on this precious land to keep the agricultural exemption, it was quickly decided we would get a couple of Texas Longhorns.
From an acquaintance that had a friend who knew someone who was selling Longhorns we purchased our seed stock, three cows with calves and a bull that caught our eye.
When we began researching the bloodlines of our Longhorns, we quickly found very receptive Longhorn owners, willing to help us learn more about these magnificent creatures and of course sell us more Longhorns. We where hooked.
We are addicted to Longhorns and thank you for learning about us.
