Dec 24 2006: this waggon is the fifth item ive purchased from california scooters . my family is always happy with the cool products. David dnlw4@sbcglobal.net

Nov 3 2006 Was wonderful to work with. It was shipped immediatly upon reciept of money. Thank you , Rachel is zipping aroung the neighborhood and everyone is cheering for her. Finally she has freedom to go about town. In a town of 3,000 that is wonderful. Thank you very much. Linda Mayfield tennred@min.midco.net

Oct 26 2006 : I am very pleased with my purchase; I ordered a trike on a Wednesday and got shipping notification on Thursday (though the site does explain that it could take several weeks to ship, presumably to make the trike). The trike arrived as advertised, and is fantastic. I couldnt be happier (unless they had a buy 1, get 2 free offer so that my wife and I could ride with our son). Customer service helped with the buying process, and gave me a good deal of time to explain all of my concerns (my son is almost 3, and is 43 tall, which is below the general height requirement). My only issue is with the ordering process, which--once you find that page--is fast and easy to navigate, but the overall (home) web page takes some searching to find the ordering hyperlink. CA Scooters could benefit from a more streamlined and intuitive web page. I would buy from this vendor again in a heartbeat. In fact, I may buy a couple of additional trikes in the spring. Overall, a perfect online shopping experience. toastmasterbone@mindspring.com

Thanks for the note! I'm excited about the height extenders for my son's (his name is Murphy) trike. I bought it a couple of years ago, and it has been great for him. thanks! carlie carlievw@netins.net

i want you to know that your Trike is the first bike ever ridden by our son Anthony, age 16, who has Downs Syndrome. he loves the thing and has been out there every day "in the streets". I do not know how to thank you for creating this amchine. We had tried everything previously to this ..You and your company have brought more joy into his life and for that I thank you deeply. djcpi@att.net
Kaz, so sorry it took so long to get you a picture. This past weekend I went up to Memphis and picked up the boys and their mom and it was the first time I got to see him and his trike. I was informed that every kid (of all ages-like dad and uncles) that shows up loves to ride Shayne's trike. So does he. It has had some riding done on it and thanks to one of his brothers we are going to have to replace the handgrips. I told Shayne while he is here we will go shopping and get him some really fancy ones for it. That he thought was funny. Thanks again for all your help and we really hope it will assist him in maintaining his lower extremity extension so he can remain as functionally mobile as possible. Pat

Kaz,
We received our super large trike right on time, in perfect condition. It is everything you said and more. I can't praise you enough for this fine product and what it means to those with special needs. Our daughter has never been able to ride any other kind of bike or trike, without fear, or falling. This is a miracle. We just love it. The first time out the door we had neighbors wanting to ride it. I will defiantly be sharing your site with other parents from my daughter's class. Again, we thank you for you excellent product, and super nice service. Gloria Yates, and family. Ps I've sent you and invitation to our new album with the very first photos of Gina's Rhino. From the delivery, to the unpacking to the first ride. Please take a peek, and feel free to use any photos or comments you like. I'm sendinG you an invitation to view our album of the new trike. We are just thrilled with it. Our daughter

Gina Kaz is a very up front person. His word is gold. Everything ordered was delivered at the proper time and at the proper price. We ordered the 48 wagon with Chevron tires an trailer, and it works better than expected. Delevery was prompt, set up was a breezy. Every time I go into the garage to look at this wagon and trailer I chucle with glee at the superb craftsmanship and the size of it. As my family grows I will be ordering from California Scooters, Trikes and Wagons for all my recreational needs.

Thanks Kaz Cris from Ontario Canada Body: this waggon is the fifth item ive purchased from california scooters . my family is always happy with the cool products David dnlw4@sbcglobal.net

The trike is perfect for my mentally retarded, autistic son, who has been having trouble on a 2 wheel bike with training wheels. Balance is not an issue, and until he gets the hang of steering, I can stand on the back and help him steer. We love it!

We purchased a large trike for our son who is autistic. My wife and I wanted to thank you for your product. Our son has never wanted to ride his other trikes and bicycles. Now he wants to go outside and ride his Rhino trike every day. If we let him he would ride his for hours. Thanks again for a wonderful product.

I just wanted to let you know I did receive the wagon yesterday and was able to put it together last night. I am going to try and see if it will work for my dog tomorrow afternoon when I get home from work. I will let you know how I make out. Thank you so much for all of your help in getting it to me so fast. Also the green is the perfect color. It matches everything else.my trucks, barns, etc. I have told everyone about you.so I will try and get you some more business from the East Coast if I canHave a great evening!

Hi, Kaz,

I hadn't been to your website for several months until a few days ago just to check it out to see what was new on it. We were pleasantly surprised to see you have both of our pictures on it.

With the woods displaying a beautiful array of fall colors, Richard took a picture of me with Junior showing the fall colors in our woods so thought I would send you one of them in case you would like to use it instead of the one you are displaying. It's entirely up to you whether you want to use it or not; please don't feel obligated to do so.

I'll send the picture separately. Please let me know if you don't receive it.

April 7, 2005 Hi, Friend Kaz,

Well, here is my husband, Richard, on the Slick taken this morning at the top of Blue Mound State Park. We are really enjoying our scooters - lots of fun and beneficial exercise. Richard says he uses the same motion and muscles as he does when he skis so is really getting a good workout on it.

A good day to you and thanks a million.

Title:
Body: After looking at several different tricycles for our 3-year old son we decided that the Jr. Trike was the preferred design and would provide maximum play value for many years to come. The merchant ships using FEDEX ground and the tricycle came partially assembled. I had to put on the rear tires and the handle bars. It is a beautiful, sturdy, well built machine and it was well worth the price. If you want a tricycle that will last for many years, this one will! The big tires allow the trike to go over almost anything that little legs can power it over: the wooden deck, the garage, the bumpy sidewalk, the lawn, the field next door. If your little driver has the leg power, this little trike will go the distance. The low center of gravity and wide base design also help for those first time drivers that like to go around and around and around... On several test runs the trike exhibited a very tight turning radius, but despite an abundance of drive power those little legs could not peddle it fast enough to topple over. It is a beautiful design for a tricycle--and it is well executed in a sturdy, solid, simple mechanical design. The seat is adjustable. The website has a suggested minimum height. Our son is about one-inch taller than the minimum and he just manages to keep his feet on the peddles. As your child grows the trike will still fit well. It is sturdy enough that I think it will still have some play value even after we discover bicycles. The handle bars and peddles have reflectors, an additional safety factor not typically seen on toy tricycles. The staff were prompt and knowledgable. When I had difficulty getting one piece to fit they responded with FIRST CLASS customer service! John

Old Wagon New Again!

Greetings!

My husband and I just finished restoring a Bobbybilt wagon we purchased very used (about 5 yr. old at the time) and in bad condition 12 years ago. It
came from So. Florida where a man had a fleet of them in use for tourist beach use. Every so often he retired wagons and sold them off, where a friend of
ours picked us up one. We used it for about 6 years to haul our daily catch of fish from the beach and fishing piers in Pensacola. It has hauled hundreds
of pounds of fish and gear over the years. It was in such bad condition we finally retired it, but kept it in the hope we could someday restore it to
like new condition. We recently did just that and it has now serviced us recently in two parades, one back at Christmas and our recent Mardi Gras parade here in Navarre FL.
where we live. (See attached photos of our "new" wagon) We just thought you'd like to see that after all this time and abuse, your little wagon is still going strong and beautiful again. Thanks for building a
terrific product.

Sincerely,
Michael and RuthAnn Malloy

Hello Kaz, This is Lisa Palmaccio from RI, I wanted to let you know that we received our Lg trike with backrest, peddles w/straps and the trailer. Everything was in great shape and we put them together with no problems. I e-mailed you last week but got it back for some reason.

We did have to add a block to each peddle so that our son could reach a little better, we simply screwed a building block onto each peddle.
My husband is going to make me a handle that we can attach to the tow area on the trike, so that I can help him along and slow him down when needed (hey there's new product idea for you, I bet you would sell a lot of them).

We love the bike it's so well made unlike most things these days. I hope that we can send more orders your way, we will be taking it with us on a benefit walk in April....

Thanks for a great product

Body:After searching for 3 wheel bikes for my terminally ill granddaughter I exhausted my efforts. Even going to stores and letting her try them she was not pleased. I showed her the 3 wheel trike from California Scooters, Trikes and Wagons and she immediately liked it. I got my credit card and ordered the Large Trike and within 5 minutes I had my confirmation and a note from the company. Within a week the bike arrived here in Florida from California. It was mostly put together and so easy to finish. My granddaughter fell in love with it and has ridden it all around the house because it is too cold for her to go out. But I am sure she will love it even better once she gets it outside. The price is unreal. Such quality and durability for such an affordable price. If you are shopping around I encourage you to stop now and make your choice for this product. Its great.
Happy Riding

The trike has been everything we wanted & more. Thx for helping Santa w/the assembly before it arrived. Due to extreme cold weather, my daughter Syd, who is severely disabled, has
only been riding on indoor playgrounds, but we look forward to being outdoors when Spring comes.

Yesterday, Monday, in spite of fog thick enough to cut a knife through, I took Junior up to Blue Mound State Park to try it out on the asphalt. Works great and what a pleasure not to have to worry about little cracks and twigs.
Thanks.

We've been extremely happy with our wagon. We ended up getting the 24" x 48" > wagon (the biggest one) with knobby tires. We have three kids, ages 4, 3 and
> almost 2. They fit in the wagon fine. The wagon is well built and strong. We > love it. I wish I could answer your question about how the wagon handles the snow. > I looked all over the Internet for the right wagon for our family. If you > let me know what other companies you're considering, I'd be happy to let you know if I spoke with the company or can provide any insight. In the end, I went with Kaz because of his exceptional customer service and the quality of the wagons. The Bobbybilt was stronger and more attractive (we went with blue for the color - no one else had blue) than anything else I found for > the money. The wagon has a longer and much better (padded, T-bar) handle than that of other wagons I found. The longer handle will decrease the chance of your running into your own heels with the wheels/skis. Another reason why I went with Kaz was because the Bobbybilt wagons had a lot of accessories I knew would fit/be compatible if I ever decided to make an add-on purchase. We ended up getting the ice chest rack and a padded mat for the wagon floor, which are nice additions (especially the floor pad).
Kaz is a great guy. I feel confident recommending him as someone you can do business with. He's honest, quick to deliver, and provides great service. Good luck with everything! Feel free to contact me if you have any other questions.

Subject: Re: My order for a trailer!

Dear Kaz:
Thanks for the information. I have been tracking the shipment on the FedEx website. I will send a picture in a month or so, as I need to modify the hitch in order to attach it to my 4-wheel mobility cart. This might open up another area for you to sell carts to if I can make this work. Will be in touch in about a month. The reason for it being so long is that I just got home from the hospital. Had an almost ruptured appendix and when you're 75, you don't "bounce" back right away. Talk at you soon and thanks again.
Gerald

I would like information on the above item that I cannot see on your brochure. What is the length that the drawbar sticks out beyond the front of the trailer. Can you also supply details as to the mechanism that is used to attach the trailer either to a wagon or trike?
I purchased a scooter from you back in 2001and was very pleased with the quality. I have a three wheel electric handicapped scooter that I use very much now and need a trailer for going shopping and to the laundromat. Your 23" x 30" trailer seems to be just the thing I am looking for, but I need the above information before buying one. Any detail material on the drawbar and hitch that you can send me will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

1..Comments on our Rhino Trike

On Saturday afternoon 6/21/03 Our trike was deivered. This was a gift from my handicaped daughters grandparents. Little Bailey suprised her father by showing him how well she could ride a trike! Bailey acts very proud when she's riding around the block, as alot of people are stopping us to ask where we got such an unusual bike. Bailey is Autistic with low tone, and she's not into anything athletic. This Trike may just do the trick to change that ! Thanks- Laura & Jeff Van Acker

Thanks and Happy 4th of July!

I just wanted to say thank you for your wonderful trike. we received it yesterday and are soooo impressed with its construction and overall appearance. So far my daughter has yet to ride it as we need to make some accommodations for her since she is special needs, but I have already refereed your company to many other parents and physical therapist involved in my daughters care and those whom I work with. It is so nice to have something sturdy and yet fairly reasonable to fit a child with special need. Thank you,

6. Kaz, I bought a trike on line before Christmas for my six-year-old, who cerebral palsy. He has difficulty walking and has endured years of physical therapy. As part of his therapy plan I was to purchase him a three wheel bike. The traditional bike stores quoted me a price of 500.00 dollars and the bikes were the"handicapped" looking three wheeler for adults. I really was not wanting go that route. I told this to a co-worker, who typed in trikes on her computer search. The California Scooters and Trikes appeared. I was interested to see what exactly this was. To my excitement the perfect trike appeared. I received the trike in time for Santa to give to my son. He was so excited Christmas day. He had finally go his own bike and it was like a three wheeler trike. He got on the bike and had a difficulty reaching the pedals so we moved up the seat. He was disappointed that he still could not fully reach the pedals. We left our house and visited his grandmas. When we came back his dad took him out to the street to see if he could ride. To our amazement he began pedaling and pedaling and pedaling. He was riding his new bike. We were elated. He can now take walks with us and ride his bike. He will gain strength in his legs and he will be on a cool bike.

I wanted to say thanks even though I found you. What a wonderful alternative to the usual dated trike. I am spreading the word about your web site and the bikes to my sons therapists at Children Hospital, in St. Louis. I know there are many other families that would like to purchase a bike for their kids but dont have the money and do not like the look of the old fashion bikes. I hope to bring you so many orders you cannot keep up with demand. I will also send you a picture of my son, Jared. So you can see for yourself how happy he is.

Sincerely,

Suzanne
