Summer 2006 information

The 2006-2007 school year will soon begin. The sounds of the rock band "Queen" will fill the stadium at Schuylkill Valley, as well as the other football fields of Berks County. Our Marching Unit will begin band camp in August, and the concert band has also started out strong, by attending summer rehearsals in anticipation of a much awaited Disney trip.

The Schuylkill Valley Music League is a non-profit, tax exempt organization under 501(c)(3) federal tax codes. The League is also exempt from PA Sales Tax. We anticipate that this new designation will allow us to raise even more money towards Schuylkill Valley music department efforts in the future.

A reminder - The Schuylkill Valley Music Leauge has also changed our mailing address. The new address is P.O.Box 552, Leesport, PA 19533.

The Schuylkill Valley Music League has set our schedule for the coming year, and we are looking for parent volunteers to serve as officers, as well as chair certain events.
