This is what I've been up to lately. Remember to get your fiber fix every day!

Another small one that only took a few days. I've not knitted one like it before, it was a weird-looking cone before blocking. I really wasn't sure it would lie flat, but pins, water and starch did the trick! Size 2 needles and size 20 thread.

holeymoleysm.jpg

This one got nicknamed Holey Moley by the group who did it as a KAL. Size 10 colonial blue cotton, size 2 needles, 14.5" across.

snowdropdoily.jpg

This is Niebling's snowdrop doily. I found the pattern in the March 2003 issue of Anna. It is knitted in size 30 cebelia on 000 needles.

dishcloth.jpg

This is a washcloth I knitted for Mary in Alaska. Kinda plain, but shows off the variegated yarn nicely. I have a weakness for garter lace edging. In this case it seems to enhance the swirling effect. Sugar and Cream cotton yarn, size 4 needles. about 9" across unblocked. 2005

I knitted this one the other day when I wasn't feeling well. I camped on the couch, knitted and watched movies all day. Size 20 cotton, size 2 needles, 15" diameter.

I don't know the name of this one, but I like it well enough to have knitted it twice, once in size 20 lavendar thread, and this one in size 10 lavendar thread, size 2 needles. Just the thing for spring, I think. It blocked out to 21".
