Above is Ch. Lockshire Stevie Rave Vaughn (a.k.a. Moose), shown winning his first Major at Plum Creek Kennel Club, Moose quickly finished with three majors.
Moose also has two daughters from his first litter that are doing well in the show ring from the puppy classes: Drifter's Dblspurn Kiara who was Winner's Bitch at the Columbine Dachshund Specialty for a four point major; and Doublespur's Joy, who has her first major as well.
We are a show kennel in Colorado specializing in miniature longhaired piebald dachsunds, although we did sneak in a standard dachshund ("Moose") and his daughter Kiara. Our goal is to produce quality, NOT quantity! In keeping with this, we periodically have a puppy become available to an established show home, or on a strict spay/neuter contract to a pet home. Our kids do well in the show ring, as earthdogs, and as companion animals. We have references available. Please bear with us as we build our site.
