Mom's Day Out Float

The City of Pine Castle has a parade every year. My school participated with a Noah's Ark float. Blaze (tiger)and I are posed here with Ms. Sheryl (rain cloud) and Ms. Alicia (kitty).

Sweet Little Lion

I dressed up like a lion for the Noah's Ark float. Do I look like a mean old lion or a sweet little pussycat?

A Really Tame Lion

Mommy and Daddy were really impressed with how well-behaved I was on the float. I stayed in my seat and didn't stand up while it was moving.

A Bunch of Wild Animals

I'm riding on the float with some of my other animal buddies - Trevor (puppy), Cassie (giraffe), and (kangaroo).

I Love A Parade!

Kris really enjoyed watching the parade. In addition to seeing his brother on the float, Kris was given lots of candy and beads. He was amazed when he saw a man dressed like Abe Lincoln and started rocking out to the music playing by the marching bands. Good thing Kris was in his stroller because Mommy and Daddy decided to follow my float. They didn't realize just how lengthy the parade route was!

Pioneer Days

In addition to the parade, Pine Castle had a small fair in honor of Pioneer Days. It was lots of fun. They had pony rides, a playground, music, and lots of junk food. We had cotton candy and lemonade. (I wonder if lemonade cost $3 during the real pioneer days?)

As you can see in the above photo, David suffers from Spasmodic Pose Syndrome just like his mother!
