We offer both group and private instruction. Our group classes are limited to six students to provide individual attention, as well as socialization and distraction training. For those who desire even more individualized attention, private lessons are available. |

Why is Training Important?
Training your dog is the best thing you can do for yourself and your dog. A well trained dog is welcome in many social situations, such as family vacations, kids soccer games, cookouts, etc. A trained dog is also fun to have in the house! Training builds a bond with your dog, one of trust, and understanding, it allows you to have a better relationship with your dog, one that will last a lifetime! Dogs are social animals just like us, and they need to be part of the family, training allows them to share in our family lives and activities. Training isnt just about tricks, and obedience exercises, its really about learning to communicate with your dog, so you can have a family pet that is truly, a joy to own!

Puppy Kindergarten: A six-week course for puppies ranging from about 8-22 weeks of age. This course is designed as an introduction to formal obedience, (walking on a loose leash, sit and stay, down, come when called, stand) and proper puppy socialization in a safe environment. We will also cover the basics of raising your new puppy. Lots of fun for you and your dog!
Beginner Obedience: A six-week course designed for all dogs from 12 weeks of age on up. Behavior problems, such as jumping and nipping are covered. Obedience exercises taught include; down, sit, come, heel, stand, stay, on-leash, and come off-leash. An excellent course for the family pet!
Intermediate Obedience: An eight-week course that builds on the skills learned in Beginner. The exercises learned in Beginner are now taught off leash, and distraction training is emphasized. This course will prepare you for our Advanced class, or provide your family pet with an exceptional level of training. You can amaze your friends!
Advanced Obedience: "Continuing Education"
A six-week course that incorporates all of the training exercises into the "real world". The focus in this class is real obedience for the real world. This class is held at our locations, and out in the "real world". The class will go on "field trips" to work in new areas. An advanced level of training, and reliability for the family pet.
