Lynne M. Panno, the owner of Progressive Canine, Inc., has been an animal professional since 1981.She has a degree in Animal Science and worked as a Veterinary Technician for five years. She became involved in training in 1988 after attending a class with her own dog Bear. She spent 4 years as an apprentice/assistant trainer. In 1991 she began instructing classes for Pet Supply Depot, providing classes for 4 of their locations. In 1996, she formed Progressive Canine Training and Behavioral Services. She currently has 2 dogs, both Rottweilers; Caius,BH, CGC, TT, who is 2 yrs old, and Jade, BH, CGC, TT, RMS both are actively showing in conformation and Caius is in training for his Schutzhund titles. Lynne has also trained and titled numerous dogs for her clients in German style conformation, and working trials. Lynne is not only a teacher but is also a student. She continues to expand her knowledge in behavior and training by attending lectures and working seminars with top instructors and trainers from both the USA and Europe. Lynnes continuing education also includes canine nutrition and health. Lynne is a Judge for the United States Temperament Test Association. (USTTA), and a certified evaluator for the AKC's Canine Good Citizen Program (CGC), she is also an active member of United Schutzhund Clubs of America, American Rottweiler Club, United States Rottweiler Club, American Rottweiler Verein, D.V.G, United States Police Canine Association, and New England Rottweiler Fanciers.

Kelly Beringer has been training dogs professionally since 1999 with Progressive Canine, and is now our lead instructor for Country Canine in Acton, MA! She has 3 dogs, Thor CGC, TT, "Suki" TT, and "Rhett" TT, all Rottweilers who she is currently training towards AKC obedience titles. Kelly also operates her own Pet Sitting business which she started in 1999. Kelly developed and runs the training program for North East Rottweiler Rescue and she also instructs obedience for The Rottweiler Connection's rescue program. Kelly is currently working toward her degree in Animal Care at Becker College. Kelly is a valued member of our staff.
Linda Smith has been involved with the training of animals since childhood. She started with horses, a hobby she still participates in today. In 1898 she became professionally involved with dogs, initially as a Veterinary Technician. In 1992 she became an apprentice trainer with Progressive Canine. After two years she began instructing her own classes. She has two dogs, Annie, CGC, TDI a Corgi,and Sam CGC, TDI, a mixed breed. Annie is currently in training for her obedinece titles. Linda also continues her education through attending lectures and working seminars.
