Mt. Pleasant Public School Outcomes

1. Find common multiples and factors and apply multiples to word problems.

2. Estimate a 3-digit factor times a 3-digit factor and solve using a calculator.

3. Estimate and solve quotients of division word problems with 2-digit divisors of 10 to 30 and multiples of 10 from 40 - 90; check with calculator.

4. Add and subtract fractions and mixed numbers with unlike denominators up to sixteenths and reduce the answer to a proper fraction or mixed number inlowest terms.

5. Demonstrate divisoin and multiplication of whole numbers, proper fractions and mixed numbers.

6. Estimate and solve products and quotients involving decimals to the thousandths place, with or without the use of a calculator; order a list of decimals.

7.Represent equivalent fractions, decimals, percents, rations and proportions with and without the use of models and apply concepts to real-life situations.
