Many people in the Northern United States and Europe struggle beneath the weight of winter. Many feel less cheerful, creative and productive during the dark winter days.

The last evening of Mardi Gras or "Fat Tuesday", as it is known, many people start to pull themselves out of the "Dark Winter Funk".
Are they happy because they know spring is quickly arriving? OR Because they get to SEE or SHOW some human flesh with the exchange of the "All Mighty Powerful" yet plastic string of beads?
