Pioneer Bowl has a rich history...
It was built by A. Thompson, a ship builder and was opened April , 1947. The original Post Office in Pioneertown in the rear of our Bowl, and has been re opened as a mini museum, features head shots of Duncan Renaldo and Leo Carillo of the Cisco Kid Series.
The Murals on our walls of Pioneer Bowl , are of Pioneertown locals and people in front of and behind the camera, of those that made movies in Pioneertown. Still in excellent condition.
