MINISTRY TEAMS

DEVELOPING FUNCTIONING MINISTRY TEAMS
Ministry teams are developed with a mutual and shared purpose. Values and respect are learned and respected as each member of the team functions in their particular role and the others in the team rightly consider their spiritual contributions. The ministry teams learn to co-operate with the Holy Spirit as He calls for each to carry out the ministry need relative to the gifting they possess. The teams carry a mutual respect and responsibility between them for the Lords will to effectively and accurately manifest.

MUTUAL MINISTRY TEAM SUPPORT
When a member is therefore given personal opportunity to minister each of the other members of the ministry team share in that same outcome of ministry success by being actively prayerful on the sidelines until the work is accomplished.

IT IS TEAMWORK
Each and every member of the ministry team strives to work together as a team being sensitive to the Holy Spirit. Soon there is a flow and a working seeing the Lords hand at work being about the exploits of His Kingdom. Members are edified with the release of Gods Spirit as they see Kingdom advances being made all for the sole Glory of God!

TEAM MEMBERS COVERED WITH PRAYER WALKING IN UNITY
Each member in their ministry team is required to pray for their team success and the individuals on the team. Covering each ministry team member with prayer does three things; first it causes the Spirit to move more effectively to develop each member's accuracy and increases their ministering spiritual strength, and secondly it causes the team members to work more in unity as "one man" in the Lord. Thirdly, it prepares for future ministry experiences by praying occurrences, and arresting demonic opposition.
