Program is for low income mobile home owners who have been a tenant in the same mobile home park for at least one year.
This lot rent subsidy assists eligible persons by supplementing their monthly rent for the mobile home lot on which their home is located.
Requirements include:Ownership of the mobile home and a monthly income which is at or below federal poverty level and asset limits excluding the value of the mobile home. FEDERAL HOUSING ADMINISTRATION

Maintains a list of low income rental units.
Provides mortgage insurance to qualified purchasers of homes when submitted through an approved lender.
Assists borrowers with HUD/FHA loans having problems with their mortgage company regarding their payments.
