General Health Your puppy is guaranteed to be in good general health at the time you take it home. You are given four days from the date of purchase to take your puppy to a veterinarian to have it examined. If your veterinarian finds the puppy to be sick or have a life threatening congenital defect, you may return the puppy (along with a written explanation from the veterinarian stating the problem) and the price of the puppy will be refunded to you or you may pick another puppy if available. Hip Dysplasia Your puppy is guaranteed be free from hip dysplasia. You are advised to have your dog x-rayed by 26 months of age. Failure to do so cancels hip guarantee. Breeding your dog before 2 years of age cancels hip guarantee. If your dog receives a dysplastic rating, you may return the dog (along with the OFA report), or if you choose to keep the dog, you must have it spayed or neutered. The OFA report and/or proof of spaying or neutering document must be submitted to seller. You will then be entitled to a replacement puppy of equal value from the next available litter. Eyes Your puppy's eyes are guaranteed for 1 year against hereditary eye diseases causing blindness. The same replacement policy for hips is given if this type of hereditary eye disease is diagnosed in your puppy.
