Leika vom Dodeneauer Land

Leika is a Schutzhund 2 German Shepherd. I imported her in October of 2001. She is a very beautiful dog with a great temperment. She loves to be around my 2 grandsons and is very protective of them and everyone in the home. Leika is kept in our home with the family. Lines go back to Harro, Mink and Fero. Leika's mother is Gisa vom Wittgensteinerland, who participated 4 times in the BSP, with a 2nd place in 1997.
Leika is also the grand-daughter of Lewis von Malatesta. Lewis was BSP in 1992, 1993 and 1995. 4th place WUSV in 1992.

Leika's most recent litter was born Jan. 29, 2005. The litter consist of 5 females and 1 male.

The sire of the puppies is Merlin von Conneforde, call name is Pedro, who is owned by Wallace Payne. Pedro, IPO 1-SchH 3, 4th place at the 2003 USA National SchH 3 Championship. 3rd at SE Regionals, high in protection. Pedro's grandfather is Manto vom Kahlenbach, 2x Austrian National Champion and 3x WUSV participant. Lines go back to Lord, Gleisdrieck, Troll, Fero, Pike, Ork and Greif.
