First class is FREE!

$13 - Per Class
$69 - 6 Class Pass
$120 - 12 Class Pass

Class passes are good for any class offered at Lifepath. Passes expire 6 months from date of purchase.

Discount coupons are good for 1st time students only.

What To Bring:

Lifepath provides all yoga props needed. However, if you choose to bring your own, below is a list of suggested items to bring:

~ Yoga mat
~ Yoga tie/luggage tie
~ Yoga block
~ Small blanket/bath towel
~ Small pillow
~ Eye mask/bag (for relaxation)

What To Wear:

Loose fitting, comfortable clothing that allows free movement.

Individual Yoga Sessions

Are you new to yoga or would simply like some one-on-one guidance?

A private individual class offers the opportunity for you to have the instructor guide you through postures with adjustments to suit your basic needs and achieve correct alignment. Feel free to ask questions and work on certain postures with which you may have difficulties.

Whether you want to build strength, flexibility, increase your stamina, reduce daily stress levels, or even to lose weight...let us customize a plan that's just right for you!

Private Group Lessons

Are you interested in trying yoga but would rather take the first class with your friends?

Do you already practice yoga and would like to introduce it to your family?

Have a birthday or other celebration?

Try private group lessons!

You and your friends/family can be guided through a relaxed class of your choice. It's the perfect opportunity to ask questions and get one-on-one guidance from the instructor for those who would not ask for help in a regular class.

For information on fees for private yoga sessions, contact the instructor of your choice.

She blends the wisdom of the East with the Western scientific approach to help restore balance and harmony within the physical/energetic body, mind, and spirit, develop core strength, increase flexibility, and learn ways to relax & reduce stress.

Wanda Sucher, LMT, Certified Rolfer®

Wanda Sucher, LMT., Rolfer®, RYT and Founder of Lifepath. Wanda has cultivated a wealth of life experience with the skill of specialized bodywork & yoga training. She received her 200 hr yoga teacher training through AtmaYoga (a Kripalu-based yoga program) and is a certified Kripalu Danskinetics® Instructor.

Lori Brucato, RYT

After practicing Yoga for over seven years, nearly every day, Lori completed her certification from the Cincinnati Yoga School's Yoga Teacher Training Program.

Specializing in Power Yoga, Lori loves to incorporate little helpful hints she's learned along the way. Her love of Yoga shines through and her enthusiasm is highly contagious. Her mom, three siblings, niece (3-year-old Brooke), both daughters and several friends have caught the Yoga bug!

Lori has practiced many styles of Yoga including Kundalini, Ashtanga, Yin, and Yoga Therapy. Arthritis and hip pain were what originally brought Lori to the Yoga mat, but the happiness, contentment, and centeredness that followed has kept her there.

Lori, her husband Mike (Tai Chi/Qi Gong practitioner), and three children live on the West Side of Cincinnati on the border of Green Township.

Julia Martin

Julia Martin has practiced Hatha yoga since 1998, spending her developing yogic life learning Ashtanga in Cincinnati, and has since expanded her experience through new styles and an unforgettable journey to India over the 2007 New Year. She is completing the Tymeless Health Teacher Training Course with Gratitude in Motion of Cincinnati for a 200 hour Yoga Alliance compliant certification which will be completed in August 08.

Her current study includes Power Vinyasa, Soft Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Taoist Yoga, Healing Touch, Chakra Meditation and Clearing. She is also active in the Artist community of Covington, Northern Kentucky through the Flying Cat Artist Co-op and sees yoga and art as a vital limbs of a happy human experience.
