After practicing Yoga for over seven years, nearly every day, Lori completed her certification from the Cincinnati Yoga School's Yoga Teacher Training Program. Specializing in Power Yoga, Lori loves to incorporate little helpful hints she's learned along the way. Her love of Yoga shines through and her enthusiasm is highly contagious. Her mom, three siblings, niece (3-year-old Brooke), both daughters and several friends have caught the Yoga bug! Lori has practiced many styles of Yoga including Kundalini, Ashtanga, Yin, and Yoga Therapy. Arthritis and hip pain were what originally brought Lori to the Yoga mat, but the happiness, contentment, and centeredness that followed has kept her there. Lori, her husband Mike (Tai Chi/Qi Gong practitioner), and three children live on the West Side of Cincinnati on the border of Green Township.
