BREATH MEDITATION - STRESS RELIEF August 3rd, September 7th, October 5th Breath is the bridge between the body and mind. Through relaxation it is possible to realize a tranquil heart and clear mind. This class will focus on paying mindful attention to the breath.
GROUNDING MEDITATION - OVERALL WELL-BEING August 10th, August 31, September 14th, October 12th A healthy grounding system balances and supports the overall well being of our body and energy systems. This class will practice grounding by creating an energetic connection (grounding cord) between our bodies and the earth.
CHAKRA MEDITATION - ENERGY & CLARITY August 17th, September 21st, October 19th This class will use meditation to run energy through the chakras (energy centers) of the body. We will draw in the universal energy (prana) to refresh and revitalize our chakras.
HEALING MEDITATIONS August 24th, September 28th, October 26th This class will use basic meditation techniques, such as Breath or Chakra meditation, to explore the complimentary role meditation can play in helping us heal our bodies, minds, and relationships.
