Hatha/Vinyasa Flow

 

This is an energizing Hatha/Vinyasa Flow Yoga.  Flow yoga stems from Ashtanga Yoga, also known as Power Yoga, which means eight-limbed. Limbs include moral codes, physical exercises, breathing techniques, and meditation.

 

This class is a series of flowing postures linked by the breath to detoxify, stretch, and strengthen the body and build life force energy!
