Power Yoga

 

Power Yoga is a dynamic practice similar to Ashtanga but with the flexibility of no set sequence. Each class will be unique. Power Yoga combines a high-energy workout, dynamic breathing, and flowing movements. It nourishes body, mind, and spirit.

 

Schedule

Sun: 12 noon - 1:30 pm (Please note - last class for Sunday is July 27)
Sat:
11 am - 12:30 pm (Beginning Aug 2)

 

Be sure to arrive a few minutes early for this class.
