This is a larger version of the other Violet Baudelaire doll I made earlier. The person who commissioned this loved my interpretation so much that she wanted a larger one just like it. Many things stayed very similar but I've added a little touch here and there. There's more detailing in the corset, the lace on the skirt is pleated diffrently...etc...etc. This is an "Original" sized Severus Snape. Actually....it's Snape from the movies, played by Alan Rickman. His cloak is removable and he rocks.....hahahahaha This poring is for my lil bro bro in Boston. He actually gave it to his mistress in Georgia....har har. That's what I live for...to get him in trouble. This poring is from Ragnarok Online and it's a foot tall. The poring's rump has a secret embroidered message. I don't care how many ladies he's got...all I care about is getting to be an auntie....hahahahahaha. This is an "Original" Stubby Chubby of a traditionally dressed Japanese girl. She is a commission for an elementary school teacher. The teacher teaches 2nd grade and wanted something to show the kids about Japan. I wish I had something like this when I was younger. It's good to know that our country is teaching about places other than here. I tried the make sure the colour palate was very neutral. I didn't want the boys to be too scared to touch the doll or for the lilttle girls to be too picky. I hope I did ok. This is my interpretation of Shiroi Yu~ki. He is my most beloved doll. Yu~ki was the first of the group that I made. He was brilliant. Just look at that top hat. That doll is nothing but hair. Straight and curly all over the place.
This is an angelic Kami from Malice Mizer. I've always been a huge fan of Malice Mizer, but never looked at Kami before. I have this thing about ignoring dead people....that includes Hide. The person who commissioned him supplied some beautiful pictures of him in this exact outfit. This Miyavi Meowness is an "Original" Stubby Chubby. The last time I got a commission for that size was for Mao from SIDS. This Mivayi is inspired by a cool photoshoot. All you see is him from the ribs up. The person who requested this wanted him in a skirt. Everything else about him I made up. I made the hat to compliment the hat I made for the owner of this doll. Yay......my first baby to get adopted. This is Sharaku from Metronome. Metronome are time traveling space cadets with extreme fashion sense. I love this doll. He turned out just like the real Sharaku. This doll is joining his fellow band mate (see Fukusuke below) to go stay with web mistress MockingbirdX. This is my interpretation of Sally from Tim Burton's "The Nightmare Before Christmas". Originally this doll was commissioned with a cat and basket full of ghoulish goodies made by my partner in crime. He really did an awesome job on them. I love it when clients commission dolls with accessories. The accessories really test our skills as artists. To bad she was bought alone. It is ok though because all in all, both the doll and the accessories are equally beautiful.
The guy you see, pictured above, is Mao from SID. He is their vocalist. I really like the way he turned out. His shoes reminds me of E.Honda's stage on those old Street Fighter Game....lol. Dressed like that, he reminds me of how a vampyre would dress his infant. This doll is a commission from an original manga character. I hope the artist the best of luck and am honored to have been chosen to interpret this character into a 3d piece. I apologize, but this character cannot be reproduced without the artist's promission. Let me start of by saying....."I LOVE DARK ELVES!" I have always wanted to make one. I use to play a Darkie years ago when I was a self proclaimed dork. Now, since I'm a closeted one, I can only make cute dolls in my wake. She or he, whichever you fancy, is beweled with crazy amounts of goodies. The cape is purple velvet lined with gold shiney shiney fabric. I love this doll. This is Yuma from HanaMUKE. He is the guitarist, I think, I love how his face turned out. The grime and scar is so precious. I hope my client loves him because I think he came out pretty good. I still haven't listened to them yet. This doll is the second HanaMUKE doll I made. The first being Tenten. He's the vocalist. Maybe I should give a look see. This is the second commission for this guy. He's Kazuki from Raphael. He passed away. So sad. I tried my best to capture an angelic feel to him but still keep the J-Rocker edge too. It's so hard to look at him without feeling sorrow. His differences from the first one is very subtle. This doll was my first Anime Weekend Atlanta related commission. The artist for the basis of this doll sat next to me at the Artist Alley. This young lady does amazingly beautiful work and she is so young. I wish her the best of luck to her college hunting. But not like she needs it, her portfolio must be filled with awesome works. Ahhhhh....my little Kyo. Remember when he use to look..."NORMAL"? He finally on his way out of the U.S. This doll is my first international order. I hope he will make through the journey ok. I hope customs doesn't decide that he is too weird to be in their country. Atleast this isn't the Kyo with all the facial decorator.....I might have gotten busted for terrorist threats....:( If you didn't already know who this little guy is, his name is Kozi. The former guitarist for Malice Mizer. He is now in Eve of Destiny and also has a solo project. The cutey that bought him is the sweetest psycho ninja I know. I hope to see you guys soon. Thank you sweetie for buying this doll. Nao is from a band called Kagrra. I absolutely adore them. I'll be waiting to recieve your commission for T.M. Revolution. I'm sorry for not coming by your art table. I so love the chickie who bought this doll's facial expressions....or the lack off....hahahahaha. Girl, you should have cosplayed as Mana. Thank you again. Bye bye Meev. The young chickadee who bought this hotty is a mega fan of this gorgeous hot stuff. I hope you love Meev for he was one of my favourite babies.....cries....Thank you though. This sales transaction was the first one at AWA. The person who bought my Gackt doll, starring as Sho from Moonchild, paid me some awesome compliments. She's a very experienced hair dresser with an awesome hairdo to match. She really loved the way his hair turned out and the attention to detail in his clothes. Thank you so much for the wonderful remarks. I hope to hear from you soon. This doll is the late Kazuki from Raphael. Raphael was a wonderful Visual Indie band. I don't suggest watching the video to Eternal Wish because it will make you cry. He, like Kami below, came out very angelic. This new guy is Tenten from Hanamuke. He is the vocalist of that indie group. They have since disbanded but if you search hard enough, you can still find some songs floating about. The bandages on his face and hand are only temporary. They don't stick too well to the fabric and I didn't want to glue them down. This little guy was commission by a very talaented anime voice actress. This is my second doll for her. I wish I had pictures of the first doll, but my computer died last year. His paws are removable to expose little hands and feet. The feet even have toes. Here you have Fukusuke from Metronome. He was the first doll to have toes and he was also my first online commission. The person who got him also is an awesome web mistress with a cool intro site to J-Rock. This doll is an orginal concept of mine. I made it to match the chinese style dress for my niece. This doll was not actually sold. It was a gift for my niece. I love you my sweet niece. |
