Welcome to the Station Nein web site. I figured every other band on this planet has a web site so why not?

Station Nein was a Detroit based band in the early-mid 90's. Guitarist Keith Kiser and Drummer Scott Martin worked together at a local auto factory and had played in a couple other bands together. Andy Leonard had been bass-playing friend of Scott's for several years . The three bandmates recorded two full cd's and played out as much as possible. Playing mostly originals with the stray odd cover, the band played such clubs/bars as Alvins, Scalicis, Lily's, Hamtramck Pub, 7th House and some Toledo bars such as Frankies and the Whits End.

In the spring of 1997 the guys went their own directions and have not played a note together (all three) since. Keith Kiser released an acoustic cd by his band Bridge Club in 2001 and Scott Martin released a solo rock album in the fall of 2002. Andy plays bass and banjo now and then with Scott at live shows. Andy also pursues bluegrass with his banjo skills.

We hope this site is a fun trip back to the age of the 90's and lots of good memories for the folks who came out and discovered our music!
