Easy Graham-Apple Delight

Ingredients: 4 cups apple sauce (two 16oz. cans of applesauce)
3/4 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup white granulated sugar
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp cinnomon
2 packages (one packet, 8 crackers)
whippped cream 1 pint (can use cool whip in place of whipped cream)

Directions:
1. Whip up whipping cream
2. Add white sugar to whipping cream after the cream has whipped a bit, set aside.
3. Place applesauce in bowl add brown sugar, add nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon mix well.
4. Line a 9 x 12 cake pan with 1 layer of graham crackers about 1 package, (unbroken)
5. Put 1/2 of applesauce over the top of crackers
6. Layer remaining crackers over applesauce
7. Layer remaining applesauce over crackers
8. Layer whipped cream over the top of applesauce
9. Place in freezer for about 2 hours then serve or put in refrigerator and let cool several house before eating.

Note: If you want a festive look add choclolate chips or cake sprinkles, different varieties or what ever desired.

Variations: Can use instant pudding packages as filler in the place of the applesauce or pumpkin or squash (using same spices as for the applesauce).
