Hamer Vintage S and T-62 The salmon blush Vintage S has the stock pickups. The amberburst one has a SSL-1 at the bridge and the stock APS singles in the middle and neck. The T-62 has a Duncan SSL-5 (Duncan Custom) at the bridge and the stock APS singles athe middle and neck. | |
ESP custom and Hamer Vintage S The ESP had a JB Jr. at the bridge and Li'l 59's at the neck and middle at the time of this photo. The JB Jr. was just too edgy sounding in a guitar that already has a maple top, ash body and ebony fretboard, so I've since replaced it with a Dimarzio Tone Zone S. The ESP has a series/parallel switch for all 3 pickups, so I can get humbucking tones as well as single coil tones, all without hum! Needless to say, a guitar as versatile as that gets played a lot at my cover band gigs. |

Carvin SC90S, DC135, DC127 and AE185-12. All remain unmodded except the SC90S. The SC90S is an overly bright guitar, and currently has a set of Ultrasonic Ref 5's in it. These seem to have tamed the icepick high end. |
