This is a modified version of the counter shaft. It is taller to handle the height of the bed and the motor rail is adjustable. It turned out the adjustment slots on the motor did not allow enough adjustment, so I made the rails adjustable to. The step pulley is home cast.

My home cast step pulleys. Not the best, but will work well until I get the lathe going and can cast some pulley blanks and turn some very true pulleys.
