I need excellent credit to purchase a home?

"Granted, excellent credit will help you get advertised rates and programs. However, there are programs for people who have problems with their credit".

I need to put 10% to 20% down to purchase a home?

"You can now purchase a home with as little as 3% down. You can even obtain financing for 100% to 125%. Your actual money down will depend on your credit history".

I had a bankruptcy 3 years ago; I can not purchase a home for another 4 years?

"You can purchase a home providing that your credit history since the bankruptcy was discharged is good. Having restablished credit will also increase your financing options".

Banks are the only place to obtain a mortgage?

"Banks are one source. Mortage companies have access to several programs including those available to a bank".

Buyers Should be Represented

As of November 1999 a Home Buyer must be informed of whom a Real Estate agent is Representing in the purchase of a home. Thus the "Consumer Notice".

A Real Estate Agent must have a signed Buyer's Agency Agreement BEFORE that agent can truly represent the buyer.
